1. Abstract
- 위장 pathogen인 Helicobacter pylori는 아주 적은 수의 transcriptional regulator만을 사용하여 인간의 위장과 같은 극한 環境에서 適應(적응)을 해야 한다. 이 適應(적응)에는 stringent response라는 전략(strategy)이 사용되는데, 이것은 (p)ppGpp라는 alamone을 통하여 H.pylori가 자신의 RNA합성을 억제시키면서 여러 環境 조건에서 생존할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다.
